This module is among my top favorite zen cart modules. It allows your customers to ask a question about a product with all
of the specifics: model, product name, link to item.
The module installs a button on the product info page. When the button is clicked, the customer is presented with a form which includes a picture of the item they are inquiring about and fields to fill in with their name, email address and question. The message is then sent to you by email. The item specifics are automatically included in the email sent to you.
This is very handy when a customer has a question about a specific item. You
don't have to try and figure out what item a customer is inquiring about if they
forget to include item specifics.
The files can also be altered so the text invites customers to make you an
offer as well, which from my experience used in this way, this mod does help make sales. The text needs to be altered directly in the files. Ask and I'll do this for you upon installation.
There are no settings in the admin associated with this mod. This mod is only
visible on the product info page on the front end of your store.
The example images show with a default button and also a button with some customization. The default button can be replaced with a button image you have ready.
